How to solve spam problem

I have started a new forum at http://www.pakforumsonline.com Now this forum is purely for Pakistani people. I am still in the populating phase and havn't started marketing of the forum.

Every single day I recieve over 100 signups of people who just login and then start posting viagra, sex, gambling or other nonsense threads and yes not to forget the pronographic content.

I was hoping to solve this problem like on Digital Point a person can't post links in the post before 14 days or 25 posts or some other restrictions.

Now how can I set these "Signature or other restrictions" so that I could deal with the spam issue on my forum.

I hope this is the right place to ask this.

To keep spammers out, I use the NoSpam! mod. Do a search for "NoSpam", All Mods, Titles only.
