Attachment template mod to encourage subscriptions

Hi everyone, I am looking for a new version of this 3.0 modification:

I find it used to look nicer for members that can't use uploads.

I haven't tried it to see if it would be ok on 3.7.2 as I dont want to mess things up.

If anyone looks at this and says it will be fine, then that will do me instead of someone redoing the work for nothing.

Have you tried it? It's just a couple of template edits and an added template. Try it and see if it works.
