I cannot login on my account or my dads account, and looks like my site has been hit with a statement to replace all body info with a <

Anyone got any advice on how to sort this asap?

I have a backup of sql, but cannot get in the forum now????

We can't really do much as you supplied no link to the site so we can see whats going on.

As far as fixing it goes, it would depend on what they actually did when they modified your site with most likely an SQL Injection.

Is it fixable without loading a backup, Yes.
