How do i mass delete my rss feeds?

I have about 400 rss feeds in my rss manager ... how can bulk delete? its so slow, deleting one by one...

anyone?

All I can think of is to do it directly in the database, but I'm not familiar with which tables are used so I wouldn't do that without doing some testing on a test database.
