Viewing not working :(

I have shifted $vbphrase[x_viewing] from forumhome_forumbit_level2_post to forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost

& now it is showing 0 Viewing
can any 1 please guide me how to make it work..

any help will be greatfull.

It won't work if the data is not there when the template is evaluated. My guess is that if the functionality was not there in the first place, neither is the data.
