I installed the p3tz on my forum ... but I got this msg:

P3tz is not installed on this forum

I tried to get support from the official site but no answer ... so any one here can help me in this problem?

its there since 3 days or more .. and when you paid money for the product and again paid money for the support service that will let you feel that its going to be faster.
