Ban user and delete all posts

I am having big spam problems. Is there an option I can install to allow me to ban a user and delete all his posts by clicking a single button on his control panel or within the Admin section?

I am running version 3.6.4 - would upgrading to 3.7.4 (which would be a lot of work!) help me with my spam problems?

Yes it will. The option is in built in 3.7.

Yes, versions 3.7.0 and above have a extremely effective spam management tool. It maybe present in earlier versions, but i'm not 100% positive of that.

You'll be able to select a user/post and remove all posts and ban the user with 3 mouse clicks.

3.7.0 and above also has other anti-spam measures built in that help stop spam bots too.

* When I delete a spam user, all his posts should be deleted right away, along with the spammer username.

In vB 3.x, it's one of the drop-down listed items. Delete posts, etc BEFORE deleting the member account.

Don't forget to delete PMs, too! Many spammers PM, not just spam threads.
