I was referred here in hope of getting a solution to my problem:

By default, the statistics image shows and I don't want to use that one for the affiliation. I want to make my own and use that one instead; I just don't know where to edit that.

Also, where it says "Affiliation" I want to change that to something else as well...something more customized to my board.

The modification I used was "Affiliation Display" posted by TheInsaneManiac

All you have to do is make your image and name it whos_online.gif and switch it out with the default in your forum folder in your ftp, but yours is showing the stats.gif so you might want to rename the image you replace it with stats.gif and put it in the right folder in your ftp. However this section is for mods and i dont think your supposed to ask questions here.

Moved to General Discussions. When I said post in the modification thread, I meant make a post in the thread where you got the modification, not make a new thread in the Modification forum. If you clicked Installed on the modification, you should just go to User CP > Installed Modifications and the thread should be in that list. Then post in the thread if you still have problems.
