Hello, i have updrage from 3.6.10 to 3.7.3 level 1, when i post reply ( quick reply ), it has errror

Disable your plguins and modifications and try again.

Also make sure you updated your templates when you did the upgrade. You can either revert them or compare them and make sure you copy/pasted the additional code that Jelsoft added/changed.
