Issue with Quick Reply

Does anyone know why Quick Reply keeps giving me the below issue? It's only when the Quick Reply is submitted do the black boxes and the re-arrangement happens.

When you return to the thread, it goes back to normal.

How do I go about finding the problem?

You can try running the showthread.php page thru a W3C validator then fixing any errors that it returns.
