New bot?

I'm not sure about this, but I guess it is. On my site some (bots?) registered, asking wierd questions. Asking if there's any interest for unboiled soup (what the hell?).
So I asked Google.com (http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&q=BarangoTamingo&btnG=Google+zoeken&meta=) and I got many sites where he was registered and they were all vbulletin forums. So I'm guessing the Captcha verification fails at doing its job?

Captcha has failed long ago.

For 100% stopping automated spam Human Verification with Answer And Question is the only way to go.
