Are you wondering how to get your site listed like that on google? They decide that themselves based on traffic, I believe.

There may be someone here who can provide a more specific answer but I saw Google's explanation of this just the other day somewhere on their Webmaster tools (http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/) site.

Found it, in the Links > Sitelinks:
Sitelinks are completely automated, and we show them only if we think they'll be useful to the user. If your site's structure doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks are relevant to the user's query, we won't show them. However, we are always working to improve how we find and display sitelinks.
hmmmm
so its depend of website contant links , is thier a good way to display the links for google spiders ? or just post it :D

I've never submitted anything to google and yet my site has had the expanded links listed for as long as I've seen us on google. So, I'm not sure that you need to actually do anything except have the site available for spiders.
