[Help] Changing Default welcome message

Anyone know how to change the bit that says -

Welcome to Your Forum, if this is your first time here, be sure to register by clicking here when you will then have access to all the amazing things the forum has to offer. So what are you waiting for become part of the Your Forum's community today!

go to admin cp>language and phrases>search in phrases>"Welcome"

the phrase is called "welcome_to_the_x"

click on edit and make whatever changes you want.
