HELP - how to insert custom content on af module page in CMPS

hey :)

I hope im posting this the right place - if not bear with me pls :(

I have a problem.

I need to place a custom content module on my front page made in VBadvanced, but i cant for the life of me figrure out how :(

www.kattegale.dk is the frontpage on my website -. and on top of the middle column i need to place a custom content module - with a picture - nothing more nothing less

Do i need a special mod that can do that ? or can i use one of the existing... ive been trying to figure out my "custom content" mod - but its there - but theres nowehere i can put in content.. so i guess its a wrong module

Please help my - id love to think it is simpel

I really need help - im no tech wiz so pls be specific..

Its really realle important to me - ive made af promise to 500 users to get the picture on the frontpage and im lost :(

Simple, admincp/vbacmps/add module/ Select bbcode, add image, center it. Make it active .
Add it to your home page, position 01 or what ever your top position may be.
