Hi,

Just wanna know how do ifind out whether any forum is licensed or not as i come across many using nulled and would like to report if nulled so can i find the way to find this out ?

it is legal to use a nulled vb-version when you have a vbulletin license for this domain !

How do i find whether any domain or forum is using genuine or not with domain or forum whatver it is ?

Does vBulletin provide a page with form where one can enter a site URL, submit it and then a reply saying "the site is licensed with vbulletin" or not? It would be cool to have that kind of checking first instead of just submitting the URL to http://www.vbulletin.com/piracy.php ...

Jelsoft will (most likely) never create such a page - if you suspect a forum of not being licensed, submit it to the piracy page. Every report is looked at.

OK i reported a site with my email but no response yet that means ?

Jelsoft (or Pirate Reports) will not email you back with any kind of result. They will only email you if they need any additional information.
