Invaild Email Removal

I sent a mass email it got to 2000 and i stoped because i got 300 undeliverable emails back ,

I have been going in to each users account and just deleting there email from there profile ,

Thing is onc of these i got i had already deleted his email from his account how did the system even email him with knowing his email address ?

And is there an automated way to not try to send email to users who return un avaible?

I just moved to a fully dedicated server and this was the first mass email i have sent from the new server ,

What can i do here?

i want to send a mass pm to all users who i discovered have an undeliverable mail box , I have removed there email from there profile and left it blank to keep us from getting any future returned mail , if i could only mass Pm all users with a blank email field i would be happy
