Problem with installing new theme

I have installed a new theme and when I go to my forum none of the images are showing up. In the instructions it says to copy the folder to the images folder so I did and still nothing. :(.

There is a Phrases Folder with an XML file in it but I do not know what to do with it. Can someone please help me?
