what may decrease SERP for a vbulletin?

I have forum that was one time , always get ranked #1 for any title if also found any where
I mad gr8 seo
and without vBSEO hack and with dynamic urls - which i think do not really matter- now,
I made some changes that lead to decrease in Search Engine Ranking Position

I would like to discuss with you
1- upladed an arcade game script beside my forum in different lang than my forum
2- Include showposts, tags, all urls in my sitemap
3- used auto thread tagger

I think one or more of them may be the cause
what do u think

*can't see arcade making a difference - exclude it it robots.txt
*showpost is just a repeat of info from showthread so duplicate content and google apparently doesn't like that
*maybe autothread tagging is being viewed as keyword stuffing

because auto thread tagging puts 4 keywords from title max.
also games i want them to be indexed so i really think of buying a new domain for this arcade script
