Special Characters CMPS

Hi, I have a problem. After moving my site to another server, my CMPS index cannot show special characters as "?" "?" "?" or "?". Althought my VBulletin is working fine, the problem is only with the main page based on CMPS.

My web hosting provider tried to solve it but they can't. I've already opened a Thread on vBadvanced.com with no response yet.

You most likely have an encoding difference on the database.

About the encoding difference, what do you mean? because both CMPS and VBulletin are using the same database and CMPS (home page) is the only one showing problems
