3.7.4 or wait for 3.8

I am starting up a new forum, Should i wait for 3.8 to becoming final or go with the 3.7.4 and update later or install 3.8 beta and then jiust update to 3.8 final?

Not sure what i should do here, any thoughts on the matter is appreciated

install 3.7.4 now and stay with it until 3.8 final releases.
