Stop forums from being 'bumped'

Hi is there a way to stop a forum from making a post send the thread from going right to the top of the section

I only want it so new threads go to the top and all posts just leave the thread where it is

Change the order of the forum - forum manager > select the forum to edit > Default Sort Field > Thread Start Time
