Feedback on Site: need some motivation...

ive had this site running for years and well its been up and down and i just dont know what to do anymore its i believe pretty low now. i would very much apperciate some feedback both good and bad to give me the drive and motivation to keep going, i hope to be able to design more tutorials and add a homepage here shortly..
( currently using linux and between systems due to windows poor functionality to my needs.. maybe macosx here soon...) anyways.... sigh here goes:

now its an artists community yet the colours and layout don't hit me as artist more Gamer

maybe something more artistic?

There's a few default vbulletin stock lingering. More importantly on the index page. Being a graphics orientated site I suggest in ridding your board from anything/everything vbulletin default. Also, what the other guy said in this thread...Something artistic, less gamer themed. :)
