Google verify code, what file to edit?

well the html verify method dont work on my site so i need to put this code on my site.

witch file i need to edit? ive been wake more then 27 hours and i cant think anymore. so ill wait for someone to answer :p

If you wonder what template something is in, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code.
