I had been discussing programming needs with a few different users here.....and now notice that after their User Names this is stated: (Suspended)

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

It means they are suspended from the site for some period of time for some reason.

And those reasons will not be discussed (unless you are the user him/her self).
