Few vB issues

Hey guys, i'm having a few minor issues with vB that i was hoping you could potentially help me with.

Firstly, the cp is refusing to let me remove a specific admin. Whenever i try to edit his profile, the cp decides to throw up a blank white page (or HTTP 406 error in IE) and won't action any of the changes. (He's not a superadmin and it doesn't happen with any other users, btw)

The second issue is that i get a similar blank white page (or HTTP 406 error in IE) whenever i try to post any really long posts. The character limit is turned off, so it isn't that.

Both the issues have only started since the 3.7 upgrade several months ago.

Here is a page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages You might try going through that list and seeing if any apply to the issues. The second one may be related to the memory_limit in php.ini.

Thanks Lynne. I mentioned the memory limit to the server host a while back and he changed it for me, so it doubt it's that. I'll run through the steps in the manual and come back if i have any further issues.

Nope, gone through the steps and not made any difference. No idea why it is, but it only happens with this one user. Pain in the backside. Any other ideas?

Can you try editing his profile using another browser? And what is your current memory_limit?
