2 Q's - Saving Posts and Gtalk

Kill two birds with one stone hopefully...

1) Is there a way to add GoogleTalk to the IM details with MSN/Yahoo/AIM etc?

2) A few members have requested a way to be able to 'save' posts you haven't finished typing up and be able to return to them later to finish off before submitting them. Is this doable?

I found the 3.6 addon for drafting posts, waiting for update to 3.7... can anyone help with the gtalk? :)
