What To edit, to insert abanner here.

Hello i need to know what i have to edit in my template to put a banner before the chatbox in my forim. It will be down the navbar... so it will only appear in the index... not in all the pages..

It is an image (gif) so i also need to know what to put to be shown, i mean the html code.

Add your banner code below "$navbar" in forumhome template.
