how to change the posting orders in a thread? easy fix..

right now, I have the last member's post in a "3 pages thread" on the first page, how can I set it "ascending" to "descending" order which means I would like to set the thread starter's 1st post on the top.

any hints would be great.

To set it for new users:
vboptions > registration options > thread display mode

For yourself, since you are already registered, you do it in your User CP > Edit Options > Thread Display mode

what if I want to change all the registered users the "Thread Display mode" from (newest first) to (oldest first), is there any shortcut/quick way to do it instead of going into a couple hundreds members UserCP to do it?
