Hi guys

Got a little problem.
I just installed a new vbulletin. When i login at the admincp and then go to my forum everything is ok, but when i press log out and cookies are cleared i get:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

Tested it with a test user and same problem. When i check the user groups there are no users in the section: banned. There is no infraction installed. Everytime i first need to login at the admincp to see the forum.

Does anyone has an idea how to fix this?
Installed products:
Cyb - Sub-Forum Manager 2.5 Cyb
Force Users to Read a Thread 2.0
Invitation System 2.0.3

Check under Usergroup Manager > Unregistered Users > This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group

(Setting this to no will cause the group to be treated as a banned group, this will prevent the sending of email notifications, show a banned error message on the permission error pages and other unspecified behaviors.)

Thank you Lynne,

You solved my problem. "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" group was automatically banned. When they were trying to register my forum.

"You are banned. No reason was specified"

Same as I did. That was my fault too.
