User Notes

Hello Everybody,

I will apologise now if this seems like a stupid question but I genuinely dont know what they are.

What are User Notes and what is their prmary use?

From my understanding, its for other mods / admins to see notes on that particular user. So if Admin X has dealt with User X and User X is naughty again, but Moderator Y deals with them this time, then they can see the action that was taken etc

To keep notes about a user. For example, when I promote a member to moderator I will leave a usernote in their profile saying member promoted on such and such a date, or demoted on such and such a date.
