changes to VBadvanced on test site

I made changes to our left column on our site and when I go and view them. They don't appear. Any suggestions?

Generally, support for a modification is requested and given in the thread for that modification. vBadvanced is a separate product from vBulletin, therefore the best place for support would be from the makers of the software. And when you say "changes" it would probably be best to be more specific.

Thank you very much for your help. I am new to this and launching a new e-commerce site with an old forum on a different domain that links to our e-commerce site.
