Statusicon, when thread contains a post of a Admin or Mod

I like to have a statusicon like this forum:

When a moderator or admin posts there (not only as starter of the thread), it appears this statusicon: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/images/statusicon/thread_pdx.gif

Is this a mod/hack and where could I get this? :)

I have not seen a mod like that. You can try searching for "administ*" "all mods" "titles only", but I don't think you'll find one.
