Registration Problem...

I just installed the quick registration...Works wonderfully, but one of the other admins had made it so you an additional field of registrees "sex" was needed, i can not find where to turn this off as the quick registration does not have the option to turn it on..can someone please tell me where i can find this option to turn the additional profile fields needed to register...
