usergroup on registration

I want to move a user to a usergroup upon registration but unsure how to do this.

I have seen MANY mods on vb.org that do this, however most of them either don't work or are in-compatible with 3.7.4

Does anyone know how to do this or know of a mod that will do it for 3.7?

I'm looking for the same feature too. Can you please post the link to the "PB userchoice on registration" mod that you mentioned above? (vB.org search doesn't help much as it doesn't allow keywords with two characters; nor does google)

You can enter the single word "registration" "all mods" "titles only" and find it. (and it's actually called PB Usergroup Choice on Registration)
