But what id like to know is this:

Is there a way i can purchase more to sell?

If i start a forum sales, would i be able to buy more licenses to sell?

Explain more. Are you planning on re-selling vBulletin Licenses to other members? Cause if you are I would open a support ticket about that and ask them.

You have to wait 3 months to sell a license if you want to sell them.
