What is wrong here?

Now onto the issues.
1. Why can't guests view my profile picture? It just shows as a red X, where registered members can.
2. There is something wrong somewhere with a DIV or TABLE as the light grey / dark grey is all wrong. The dark grey should be the whole page border, whereas the lightgrey should be for the content (the middle part), instead the lightgrey is currently set as the header and the rest is dark grey
Anyone? This is desperate.
