rss feed help

I am trying to pull in content by adding an rss feed through the admin. I want the rss feed to post as a topic. I've created a subform and made sure I set permissions correctly. I then created a new rss feed and previed it, it worked in the preview. However, its not posting the content in the forum.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
