user profile page issues

i posted this one vb.com but no answers yet so i figured id come here (seem to get more help here so thats good right!). anyways, i recently upgraded to 3.7.4 from 3.6.4 which has been great except for when you click on a user to view their profile the page isnt showing stuff like additional info and it isnt showing the administrative stuff like being able to view their infractions. i checked both the default style and the style we use and both have the same issue. you can view our site at www.fvsports.com/forum/ and you can see what im talking about. just a very generic profile page with most of the info not showing up.

it would help if guests could view profiles, im not signing up lol, sorry just no time on my hands atm. have you tried enabling all these features in vbulletin options?
User Profile Options>>Enabled User Profile Features

Also, did you revert the MEMBERINFO template?

Lynne that was the issue. And sorry about the guest thing. Thanks for the help guys. Now I just need to get an update for my awards system so that it works with 3.7.4
