Blank Default Theme header

Im looking for someone to make a black header for the default vbulletin theme. I am looking to use the standard theme on my new site but I need the header to be rearranged. If you are able to put this together, please post it here and E-Mail me as I am often on vbulletin.org (Which I have asked this question too).
