Reputation Questions!!

I've searched the reputation, but I get alot of addons which require the classic rep. first. So, I've found add reputation comments, and stuff like that, but I need to have the regular one installed first.

I can't find the one where you can add reputation, for example these

[+Rep][-DeRep]
Rep Power : XXX
Reputation : XXX

Then a mod which will allow you to post comments when you click +rep

Its in the vBulletin options -> User Reputation Options make sure the system is enabled

vBulletin Options ->Thread Display Options (showthread) -> Post elemtents and enable the diplay

Yeah and do you know how I would make this a + and - button instead of a scale?

Actually I enabled reputation right now, but all other users have rep but I dont?? It says i have mine disabled.
