IDK know what to do.

My forum uses http://webkinzcoast.com/index.php as the forums...

How can I change it to www.webkinzcoast.com/forums?

Create a /forums folder in your site and move the vBulletin files into there.

Don't forget to fix the path to forums in your config.php and anywhere else it is hard coded for example in your attachments and avatars configs if they are stored in the file system.
