Who made your custom skin?

Title asks the question. I'm looking for a designer who has decent to cheap prices and does decent work. Who designed your vbulletin? Would you recommend them? Perhaps show a link of your skin?
I don't want this under paid services since I want to see recommendations.

I would suggest putting a post up in Paid Services - askin for someone's portfolio of what they've done (until someone posts in here a better suggestion/ gives you a link for templates)
