I have a Vbb forum with many forums. To decrease forum trafic, i want to cache these forum list, not require to get from database on every page load, because my forum have about ~3000 users online at the same time, that cause page load slowly :(

So i want to optimize VBB..

You should look into memcached, vBulletin has support for it. Though, I don't know if the forum list utilizes it off the top of my head.
