Site was Crawling , I had to restart the server 4 times just to make it to turn the board off , then the CPU and MEMORY decreased , I upgraded to 3.7.4 since the site was closed and started it back up and things are good , IM on a VPS and they have been monitoring it and said they dont see anything wrong .
The only thing i can figure is that i sent about 40 invites using the invite modification , the first thing i did was turn that mod off and i have yet to turn it back on .
I really like the mod and i want to turn it on but im going to wait and see how the site acts for a few days , then if im brave i recon ill turn the invite system back on and cross my fingers ??

Well if the invite mod uses vBulletin's built in mail system, it would be adding the invites to the queue...so I don't think it would cause severe usage on your server.

Well that wasnt the problem im getting spikes and i dont know what they are from
As discussed in the live chat, the CPU load is caused by your apache's httpd processes. This means that some of your scripts in your site may be heavily utilizing your VPS resources. You want to try to debug or test any scripts (and mods you have) in your site to find out which one is responsible for the high resources utilization.
Any suggestions on how i go about this?

If your on a VPS you can try to optimize your apache, php and mysql settings and disabling certain features to guests such as searches.

All of them :D.
There is also the possibility that you've out grown your current configuration as well. What has your traffic been like?
