I have installed iTrader, and put it in my FTP, but someone told me you have to modify a tempetle. Is this true, and if it is, what are the temeplte modifation codes?

You need to ask this question in the Modification thread. Usually modifications come with a text file with installation instructions or they are in the thread. You may want to reread them.
