How to remove URL BB code symbol and disable auto parsing?

I'm looking at removing the URL button also the image code button from the BB tools in the edit boxes and also disabling the auto parsing of URLs in posts, but still want to be able to manually use [url] code for internal links.

Is this possible and how would I go about it?
