How Can I get This

as You can see , In There 2 Below Images , its as an example that , in which ever thread i have posted [created by anyone] , i have got an tick mark or any symbol , from which the user can know , he has posted in this thread. how can i get this to my forum

And One More thing as u can see , after each thread its lightly written , 1 day old , 10day old etc etc , how much they are old and which is been posted today , its not written on that ...how can i get this ?

The checkmark in your first image means you are subscribed to a thread, not that you posted in the thread. I'm not sure what the arrow is. You might want to turn on vboptions > Forum Display Options (forumdisplay) > Highlight Threads in Which User Has Posted > Yes to see which threads you have posted in.

yeah , i got the chek its subscribe mark and i have done for all users in vboptions >registering option

and can any one tell me about that date mode ?
