Download Manager Mod

I recall seeing a Download Manager modification for vBulletin, however I am either going mad (which is a distinct possibility) or I am mistaken (which is also likely) as I can't seem to find this anywhere.

In summary I need something that allows specified usergroups to add files and an associated description to a categorised download manager area of vBulletin. Users can then download files if they have permission to do so.

Does anybody know if this exists?

I have been searching "download manager", the cunning use of "s" was throwing things out :)

Yes, thats why i used just manager in titles.

eh nope, no need for a mod like that, checked out the wiki though, nice program from what i seen of it there.
