Left Column Issue- Content in right is not aligned Top

Just placed a left hand column that shows on each page of the forum. When the content that is located in the left hand column is longer than the content in the main VB display are, it causes this content to center on the left hand column.

Where in the template would you add an align top to make the content in the main display area of Vbulletin to always along to the top of the page.

And would the align top just be standard HTML addition?
