Any logo experts out there?

This is the image I want to use for my logo but I need the site name to be added to it.

I'd like the font to be Palatino Linotype, black. I'm not sure about the size of the font, I want it to fit at the bottom of the image, without looking crowded. (When I say at the bottom of the image, I mean within the actual image, not in the white frame although it doesn't matter if it overlaps into the white frame a bit.)

The site name is "Eating Disorder Hell ~ Support Forum"

I'm a little concerned the black font is not as visible as it could be, what other colours do you think would work?
